The service

Mandala is a personal project provided free of charge for creating and organising mandalas. It is offered as-is, and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, to store or share unlawful content, or to disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you as part of running the service.

No warranty

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost, though we take reasonable care — see the Privacy Policy for how your data is stored and backed up.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Iowa, United States.

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
